HIT @ TMTS 2024 Taiwan International Machine Tool Show
📅 Date: March 27th (Wed.) ~ 31st (Sun.)
🕑 Time: 10:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (last day till 5:00 PM)
👣 Venue: Taipei TaiNEX Hall 2, 1st Floor
🎪 HIT booth No. P1232
Hantop Intelligence Tech. (HIT) will showcase ultrasonic-assisted machining technology tailored for demanding metal materials such as hard alloys (e.g. titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys), hard steel, tungsten carbide, carbon steel, etc. The application of ultrasonic vibration assistance in machining processes like contour milling, drilling, and threading demonstrates its benefits in terms of higher efficiency, better quality, and lower cost. HIT has been assisting domestic and international customers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, precision molds, electronics, optics, and defense, introducing ultrasonic-assisted machining module and integrating it into their processes.
Semiconductor manufacturing processes like etching, thin films, CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization), and MOCVD (Metal-organic Chemical Vapor Deposition), involve the use of ceramic materials (including SiC silicon carbide, alumina, zirconia, quartz glass, etc.) for key components (such as showerheads, electrostatic chuck ESC, wafer carriers/susceptors, substrates, nozzles, roller bushings, etc.) within the equipment.
Manufacturing of these ceramic material components, including contour milling, drilling, threading, and grinding, has been made possible and even better through the introduction of HIT's ultrasonic-assisted machining module.
HIT will also unveil new products and services during the event! This includes ultrasonic spindle series products and 2D visualization measuring instrument for tool dynamic runout and ultrasonic amplitude. HIT sincerely welcomes all industrial experts to visit our booth to learn more information! HIT is committed to serving both domestic and international buyers with high-quality products and professional, dedicated attitude.
