    • TMTS 2026 opens exhibitor booth registration period

        Until all booths are sold out.

        Application Method
        Online registration only via the official TMTS website.
        Submissions through other methods will not be accepted.
    • TMTS 2026 – Booth Application Limit

      • Due to the venue capacity of the Taichung International Exhibition Center, each individual exhibitor is limited to a maximum of 36 booths for TMTS 2026.

        The organizer encourages group companies, strategic alliances, and ecosystem partners to apply for joint exhibition booths in order to enhance integration and maximize space efficiency.

        For more information, please refer to the TMTS 2026 Joint Booth Application Form, which will be released in June 2025.

    • Booth registration opening hours and procedures

      • (1) Period: June 4, 2025 

        (2) Method: Online application only.

        (4) Online Application Procedure: 

        1. Create an account or sign in.

        2. When you start application, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the agreement.

        3. Fill out exhibitor’s company and contact information

        4. Select exhibits category.

        5. Select booth type and fill out booth quantity.

        6. Check and confirm the form, then submit the form.

        7. Print out “ Application Form” and “Deposit Payment Notice”.

        8. Make the deposit payment by the due date to complete the application procedure.

    • What is the account and password for exhibitor registration?

      • Previous TMTS exhibitors

        If you have exhibited at TMTS in the past, please log in directly.

        If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot password" and the system will automatically reset a new password and send it to the mailboxes including "You entered" and "Previously registered".

        If you wish to update your password after successfully logging in, please go to "Company Info" >> "Set New Password".


        Registering to TMTS for the first time

        If you are joining TMTS for the first time, please click on "Register" and remember your password.

  • Booth Selection

    • Booth allocation will follow the principles

      • The organizer will schedule a booth selection meeting at a later date.

        Booth allocation will follow the principles below:

        1. The organizer will pre-plan booth layouts based on the number of booths requested by each exhibitor, ensuring optimal traffic flow and efficient use of space.
        2. If the number of booths is the same, priority will be given based on the payment date of the registration deposit.
        3. If both the number of booths and payment dates are the same, the order will be determined by drawing lots.
        4. Exhibitors applying for joint booth combinations must select booths based on the total combined area, represented by a designated representative. Re-selecting booths separately at the coordination meeting is not allowed.
        5. If a joint group has the same booth count as a single exhibitor, the single exhibitor will have priority. If total booth space is insufficient, the organizer reserves the right to determine booth size, location, and final allocation.
    • When can I apply for "Merge Exhibition Booths"?

      • The detailed method of TMTS 2026 "Booth Merger Application Form" will be notified in June 2025.
