DLC coating has the characteristics of high hardness, low friction coefficient, high density, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating can be deposited at low temperature, so it is widely used in cutting tool, drill, automobile friction parts , decorative coating (such as watch and smart phone case), mechanical parts, various molds and other products.
Dah Young's hard coating equipment has a unique chamber design and power configuration. According to customer needs, we can provide target position design.It can also be equipped with a magnetic filter tube. The serial connection of the magnetic filter tubes in front of each arc target can be adjusted according to process needs, so as to increase the target ionization rate, reduce target particle adhesion, reduce production costs, and improve coating quality.
