Turret Type Turning & Milling Center CT1-76YML.
The CT1-76YML has been receiving many inquiries since its debut at EMO 2023 in Germany. Equipped with a single turret/single spindle, 1200mm cutting length, programmable tailstock and center steady rest, which is suitable for machining longer workpieces.
Turret Type Turning & Milling Center WTS-65Y2M.
Equipped with double spindles/double turrets/double Y-axis and unique E-axis shifting function, which allows to do flexible process between spindles whether front or back machining. At this exhibition, WTS-65Y2M will equipped with gantry robot system to increase machining efficiency and to achieve automated manufacturing.
Fixed Head Lathes CB-36M.
Chiah-Chyun's best-selling machine in the past years. Different from the previous belt type spindle, we upgraded the spindle to direct drive motor, which reduces the noise and vibration while machining and improves the cutting accuracy and performance.
Swiss-Type Lathes SY2-42E
Our popular machine in recent years, the upgraded version of the fixed head lathe that equipped with removable guide-bush and Y2 axial design, which greatly enhances the flexibility of back machining and optimize machining process with different workpieces.
Swiss-Type Lathes SY2-20B :
With built-in spindle, speed max to 10000rpm and C-axis function, and removable guide bush. Based on the above features, the machining process would be more flexible. No matter turning, milling, drilling or tapping can be completed in a single operation.
