Hydraulic tapping machine is suitable for different size taps (from M4 to M50). The machine is equipped with hydraulic pump system for controlling the spindle to tap. Chevalier's FSG-20/24ADIV Series of surface grinders now includes four new machine sizes, along with several newly designed features: a traveling column structure to further reduce vibration and achieve higher accuracy; a spindle that can withstand heavy load grinding; and a double-V guideway for smooth, stable longitudinal movements. Fully supported worktable design. Maximum table speed: 30 m/min (98.4 fpm), increases processing efficiency. Integrated machine-body temperature control system greatly improves accuracy and stability.
These four larger sizes, along with the entire FSG-20/24ADIV Series, offer several design features to shorten processing and non-processing preparation while delivering high-precision workpieces: iSurface control, variable speed spindle, constant surface speed, smart grinding path and in-machine manual dynamic balancing.

The WTS series combine with double turret, double spindle and double Y axis. Both of 16-station power turrets are available to be equipped of BMT-55 tooling system. The WTS has E-axis shifting function, it allows the sub spindle to move up and down to provide independent working area.
The WTS-52Y2M provide ∅51mm maximum bar feeding dia. and it can install fixed tailstock above the sub spindle when using collet, it allows to keep the longer workpiece dynamic balance with the main spindle and improves precision during machining. The WTS-65Y2M bar capacity up to ∅65mm, the A-6 spindle nose can install larger size chuck and the spindle motor upgrade to higher torque and bigger power.
