Rplus pneumatic thermal cutters are designed for plastic molding and specified configuration. A designed pair of thermal knifes with a suitable heating rate, the unique design will reduce the heating time and reach the setting temperature in few seconds. The shearing is driven by a dual rod cylinder with 0.15~1Mpa range pressure.
Knifes are made by alloy special steel with heat-treatment. The heating capacity is 150W within 8mmx35mm heating bars , the range is 60~350C. The dual rod cylinder drives the thermal knifes will lead to a stable shearing effect, as well as higher efficiency, reduce the loss, faster shearing and depends on different type of plastic can be set variable heating temperature.
For modern manufacturing, we can integrate on a robot arm and automatically processing line.
Examples of widely application as head lamp of automobile,optical lens, acrylic products and Polycarbonate,etc. We forward to offer a safer , easier and efficiency tools.

JHD-3205CNC is for internal/external grinding. The Maximum grinding O.D. is 320mm and grinding O.D. length is 200mm. The range of I.D.grinding is 2~200mm and maximum grinding depth is 150mm. One piece fabricated base, high rigidity box type structure.3Axes feeding system adopts high precision roller linear guide-way and double pre-tensioned ball screws.All sliding and rotating parts use automatic forced lubrication to ensure accuracy and longer use life of machine. The work head can do manual swing. The B and X axis are also applicable for taper grinding.
JHD-3205CNC is suitable for the parts which need high precision and complicated grinding requirements. The application such as:automobile/motor /energy & machine tool components/ Air & hydraulic components/measuring instruments/electronic parts and optical instruments.

The WTS series combine with double turret, double spindle and double Y axis. Both of 16-station power turrets are available to be equipped of BMT-55 tooling system. The WTS has E-axis shifting function, it allows the sub spindle to move up and down to provide independent working area.
The WTS-52Y2M provide ∅51mm maximum bar feeding dia. and it can install fixed tailstock above the sub spindle when using collet, it allows to keep the longer workpiece dynamic balance with the main spindle and improves precision during machining. The WTS-65Y2M bar capacity up to ∅65mm, the A-6 spindle nose can install larger size chuck and the spindle motor upgrade to higher torque and bigger power.
