The Main characteristics of Turn-Mill machine MT-540 are the orthogonal structure and rotating mill head, offering C, Y and B turn-mill capacity.
The orthogonal structure design provides wide range of travel and high dynamic rigidity. Turning combined with mill head can cut simultaneously from different direction, reduce cycle time and improve parts accuracy.
Compact and flexible machine, the MT-540 comes with maximum bar feeding diameter of 65mm. The workpiece with maximum turning diameter of 350
mm and 700 mm length can be machined.
Multi-purposed rotating components offer versatile functionality, like tailstock, loading, milling and drilling, helping the operator in practical using and long
periods of unmanned running.

Chevalier's FSG-20/24ADIV Series of surface grinders now includes four new machine sizes, along with several newly designed features: a traveling column structure to further reduce vibration and achieve higher accuracy; a spindle that can withstand heavy load grinding; and a double-V guideway for smooth, stable longitudinal movements. Fully supported worktable design. Maximum table speed: 30 m/min (98.4 fpm), increases processing efficiency. Integrated machine-body temperature control system greatly improves accuracy and stability.

Hydraulic tapping machine is suitable for different size taps (from M4 to M50). The machine is equipped with hydraulic pump system for controlling the spindle to tap. The arm is equipped with lubricated for life bearings at all swivel points, provides weightless operation through the use of gas counter balance springs and permits the operator to bring the tap to the hole with ease.

1. Fixed amount of oil feeding that can supply the required amount of oil to each lubricating point.
2. There are various choices of discharge volume, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5cc per stroke. The discharge volume of each outlet can be different.
3. Each discharge outlet has a detective piston that can detect if the pipe system works functionally.
4. T type 0.5cc can be assembled either NO (Normal Contact) or NC (Normal Close) Contact sensor switch. It also can be set up as NO or NC Contact upon request. When it is set up as NO Contact, it sends signal during the operation time. When it is set up as NC Contact, it sends signal during the interval time.
5. T type volume distributors accumulate oil inside of the distributor and discharge oil during the interval time.
6. T type volume distributors have to work with oil pressure-relief type lubricators. The lowest operation pressure is 8 kgf/c㎡ and the max pressure is 30 kgf/c㎡.
7. The viscosity range of oil is 32 ~90 cSt @ 40℃.
