In addition to milling operations, the TNC 640 also combines operations from milling, turning, and grinding processes. This sets the TNC 640 apart as a high-end control within its field of application. It is particularly well suited to HSC and 5-axis simultaneous machining, including on fully automated machining centers. The TNC 640 stands for perfect surface quality, exceptional accuracy, and very short machining times combined with shop-friendly operation and programming. On a milling/ turning machine with TNC 640, you machine the complete work piece on one machine in whatever sequence is needed. You can switch back and forth regardless of the machine and its axis configuration. The TNC 640 makes all necessary adjustments, e.g. switching to diameter display and setting the datum in the rotary table center. Batch Process Manager allows you to optimally plan and execute production jobs with great ease. With Batch Process Manager you can flexibly define the sequence of your jobs and, prior to machining, check to ensure that all of the required tools are available and that the NC program will run without errors.

The WTS series combine with double turret, double spindle and double Y axis. Both of 16-station power turrets are available to be equipped of BMT-55 tooling system. The WTS has E-axis shifting function, it allows the sub spindle to move up and down to provide independent working area.
The WTS-52Y2M provide ∅51mm maximum bar feeding dia. and it can install fixed tailstock above the sub spindle when using collet, it allows to keep the longer workpiece dynamic balance with the main spindle and improves precision during machining. Directional seated valves are a type of directional valve. As cone valves they are tightly sealed, with zero leakage in the closed state.
The directional seated valve type ROLV is available as a 3/2, 4/2 or 4/3-way directional seated valve with different plug types. The patented assembly consists of two parts: a round basic valve with the valve inserts, and an adapter plate which can be designed for manifold mounting with nominal size NG 6 as the
standard connection pattern, or for direct pipe connection.
Additional elements such as a check valve, a restrictor (on the consumer side) and/ or restrictor check valves can be integrated, depending on the functional requirement and adapter plate. The type ROLV can be combined in the valve bank type BA with other types of valves.
