This high precision surface and form grinder has been specially developed and improved in recent years.
The tool cabinet in machine base is specially designed for operator’s convenience (618m).
The interlock between electrical cabinet door and power supply is established to ensure safe operation.
The maximum distance from table surface to spindle centerline is 18" (450mm) which provides more clearance for grinding.
The sping loaded type table travel stops will dampen theovertravel caused by abnormal operations (618m).
The optimum span of double V crossfeed guideways is designedbased on bending moment, kinematics supporting force.
All essential castings are mode of high grade of meehanite castiron that is stress relieved through annealing to eliminateinternal stress.

AC servo motor lift drive: C3-level drive screw, driven by AC servo motor, with large torque, fast speed, and high positioning accuracy. With the full CNC system, the feed accuracy can reach 0.0001mm or 0.001mm.
Two lines and one hard track: Z-axis and Y-axis purchase high-precision line rails, and cooperate with high-precision ball screws, which can make the action smooth without lag; , maintaining accuracy without distortion.
Front and rear transmission speed control: The continuous movement speed of the saddle is driven by AC servo motor to obtain good surface grinding accuracy.

JF-1600 Automatic Knife Grinder (wheel moveable version) is for grinding long and straight knives. For example, paper cutting knife, single side cutting knife, veneer cutting knife, planer knife and etc. Standard machine is for grinding straight knife length up to 1600mm. We could also extend this machine to grind straight knife length up to 2100mm. With user-friendly electronic control, it lets the operator as using it as enjoying it.
JF-1600 Feature :
1. Can obtain good, sharp knives by using a fine grinding wheel after a rough one.
