Rplus pneumatic thermal cutters are designed for plastic molding and specified configuration. A designed pair of thermal knifes with a suitable heating rate, the unique design will reduce the heating time and reach the setting temperature in few seconds. The shearing is driven by a dual rod cylinder with 0.15~1Mpa range pressure.
Knifes are made by alloy special steel with heat-treatment. The heating capacity is 150W within 8mmx35mm heating bars , the range is 60~350C. The dual rod cylinder drives the thermal knifes will lead to a stable shearing effect, as well as higher efficiency, reduce the loss, faster shearing and depends on different type of plastic can be set variable heating temperature.
For modern manufacturing, we can integrate on a robot arm and automatically processing line.

HiPerSeal®, aka Spring Energized Seal and Teflon Spring Seal, is a U-shaped machined performance polymer that utilizes a single spring energizer to provide force for the sealing lips. The seal jacket is made from PTFE compounds using high-performance polymer fillers to enhance overall spring seal life and wear resistance properties. The system pressure ultimately increases the sealing force and creates a leak tight seal. Because the spring loaded seal utilizes a spring, slight misalignment is tolerated, and the sealing force and jacket wear is more consistent. Spring energizers are available in corrosion resistant metal alloys such as stainless steel, Elgiloy and Hastelloy to meet the most serious corrosive and high temperature applications. Swing clamp cylinders release the clamping point on the workpiece. With this, it is easy to change the workpiece. This hydraulic swing clamp cylinder operates as single-acting or double-acting traction cylinder, whereas part of the stroke is used to rotate the piston. The model with 0° swing angle operates only vertical as traction cylinder.
To guarantee a long lifetime the cylinders have an integrated metal wiper as standard. For oil supply, the cylinders are equipped with threaded port and manifold port with O-ring for drilled channels. You can select between right or left turning models with various standardized swing angles. The integrated overload protection protects the swing mechanism from damage due blockage of the rotation or improper assembly of the clamping arm.
For any risk of exceeding the permitted volume flow a throttle check valve must be interposed into the oil supply line. Counter-hold the clamping arm when tightening or loosening the counter nut in order to prevent torque transfer to the piston rod and to avoid damage to the ball guide. Variations with 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° swing angles are available. The permitted operating pressure is depending from the clamping arm length.
